Building demolition caused the destruction of carrier network facilities and adversely impacted the telecom network of several midtown Manhattan businesses including a prestigious private not-for-profit club. The club later upgraded its network from traditional services to a fiber solution; however, the client could not dial internationally on many critical lines. After several months of working with the carrier account team to no avail, the client enlisted aid.
Result: The carrier was engaged to identify the technical issue that was preventing the client from making outbound international calls. Besides the technical issue, there was also an underlying billing issue that needed resolution. Working with the carrier’s order management, account, and provisioning team the client’s long-distance access was restored.
