William Adams is vice president of Technology Auditing for Dev-Byrne & Company. William is responsible for managing Dev-Byrne’s technology audit and analysis activities. He oversees a team of Dev-Byrne auditors and analysts, managing the inflow of new client projects, reviewing the analysis of all client billing, client deliverables, and cost-saving recommendations. William is instrumental in developing Dev-Byrne analytical processes and procedures.
Before joining Dev-Byrne, William spent over twenty-three years working in early stage and middle market companies as controller or CFO. He has held both staff auditing and account management positions at Arthur Young and Bear Stearns for almost a decade. William has negotiated numerous acquisitions, including a division of Yahoo. As a primary deal architect, he found ways to structure acquisitions to save on interest, accelerate tax deductions, as well as lower price. He has also negotiated talent contracts with representatives of Dick Clark, Lou Dobbs, Alice Cooper and more.
William holds a B.S. in accounting from Manhattan College.
