Analyst

Analysts serve in supporting roles on client projects or internal firm activities. Analysts must be willing to travel as necessary.

Key Expectations

  • Analytical Skills: has a strong analytical ability and is able to quickly learn and begin applying the appropriate analytical tools
  • Work Quality: produces high-quality, error-free deliverables; quickly understands the nature of a request and is able to create appropriate solutions with minimal supervision
  • Attitude: approaches all problems or requests enthusiastically; demonstrates a positive attitude to all tasks and work requirements
  • Organization: highly organized and able to quickly access the appropriate information from a variety of sources; master of Dev-Byrne knowledge management tools, as well as other informal knowledge resources

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree with demonstrated academic success
  • Preference to candidates with data analysis experience including candidates with coursework in areas such as engineering, economics and computer science
  • Demonstrated proficiency in productivity and data analysis software including: Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word. Knowledge of Microsoft Access and Project a plus
