• Project Management: manages all project aspects within time and budget constraints; demonstrates strong project management skills including: work plan development, budget and schedule adherence as well as the ability to adapt to unexpected changes; demonstrates the ability to successfully manage multiple projects and tasks at once
• Communication: communicates effectively with client and team members; ensures the partner on the project is regularly and thoroughly informed about project status; adheres to Dev-Byrne deliverable protocols; demonstrates excellent stand up presentation skills
• Resource Management: aware of how and when to bring in both junior and senior resources and applies these resources in the manner which brings the most value to the client; effectively manages other consultants, providing helpful and appropriate feedback whenever possible
• Relationship Management: builds long-term and profitable client relationships; identifies talent within client organizations and maintains strong relationships with these individuals as they progress in their career
• Technical Ability: demonstrates technical ability within one or several of the firms main practice areas; cultivates a technical expertise which is in demand and is highly valuable to the firm
